AI Strategy & Enablement

We make abstract AI capabilities tangible—helping leaders see solutions to problems they already know they have.

The Translation Problem

A common failure mode in enterprise AI is the disconnect between leadership and engineering. Business leaders understand strategic goals but lack intuition for how AI actually solves problems. Engineering teams understand the tools but lack context to know which business problems are worth solving.

We operate at the intersection. With experience leading both business strategy and engineering teams, we help organizations translate executive-level goals into actionable technical concepts—and translate technical constraints back into business terms.

Case Study

AI Opportunity Discovery

Context

A Fortune 100 insurer launched a multi-year transformation initiative. A key objective: identify high-value AI projects that senior executives would sponsor and champion. The challenge wasn't education for its own sake—it was generating a pipeline of viable, valuable projects for the internal data science team.

The Engagement

We co-designed and facilitated a series of workshops with approximately 200 senior executives. The format was discussion-driven, not lecture-based:

  • 1 Making Capabilities Tangible: Demonstrating what AI can actually do through concrete examples relevant to their business lines—not abstract concepts, but specific applications they could relate to.
  • 2 Problem Reframing: Helping executives articulate problems they already knew they had in terms that mapped to feasible AI solutions. They understood their pain points; we helped them see which ones were addressable.
  • 3 Project Identification: Facilitating structured discussions to surface candidate projects, then pressure-testing feasibility, value, and executive sponsorship appetite.

The Outcome

The workshops generated a qualified pipeline of AI projects with executive sponsors attached. The internal data science team had clear priorities and business backing to execute. Leadership gained a shared vocabulary for evaluating AI initiatives—not as believers or skeptics, but as informed sponsors who understood what they were committing to.

Corporate Training & Education

We provide high-depth training for organizations including global investment banks, asset managers, and financial data providers. Unlike generalist training focused on tools or vendor selection, our curriculum focuses on AI Intuition—teaching teams how to think about problems probabilistically and recognize where AI applies.

For Business Leaders

  • Recognizing the Opportunity: How to spot the "prediction problem" buried inside a business process—the gap between "we have data" and "we could act on this."
  • Managing Uncertainty: Understanding that AI makes mistakes, and learning to design workflows and human checkpoints that account for that reality.
  • Data Reality: Moving past "we have lots of data" to understanding whether you have the right labels and signal for the problem you want to solve.

For Technical & Hybrid Teams

  • From Notebook to Production: Best practices for taking models out of research and into live systems.
  • AI-Assisted Development: Leveraging coding agents and AI tools for developer productivity—practical workflows that actually work.
  • Evaluation Design: Measuring success beyond accuracy metrics—focusing on business impact and reliability.
  • ML & Data Science Foundations: Core skills from statistics to deep learning—curriculum refined through hundreds of students.

How We Engage

1

Opportunity Discovery

We facilitate sessions with leadership to surface problems worth solving. We help stakeholders articulate what they want to achieve, then assess whether AI is the right approach—or whether simpler solutions exist.

2

Feasibility Advisory

Before engineering resources are committed, we validate assumptions. We pressure-test ideas against your organization's actual data and the current state of technology.

3

The Translator Role

We act as intermediary between business and technical teams—ensuring requirements translate accurately into engineering tasks, and constraints communicate clearly back to stakeholders.
